Meet Your Guide

Jaden Nogee has been a certified Zumba Instructor since 2018, teaching live in the Northeast and virtually across the globe. Faced with uncertainty and change during the 2020 pandemic, Jaden grounded in what she could control and sought to further her wellness knowledge by becoming an Intuitive Living Coach and Meditation Facilitator. Beyond her certifications, Jaden has spent the last decade learning through experience and perfecting the tools you need to become your best self.

Jaden is no stranger to stress. She juggles these purpose-driven passions along with late night performances as a produced singer/songwriter and long hours as a full time Certified Public Accountant. Jaden often hears the question - When do you sleep? - to which she proudly proclaims she easily finds 7-9 hours of rest a night.

Originally from Long Island, NY, Jaden now resides in Jersey City with her partner, Layne, and 2 cats, Nutmeg and Paprika.

  • You always have time for the things in life you prioritize. By committing just one hour a week for 4 weeks to your mental and physical health, you’ll be saving time in the long run with enhanced energy and improved time management skills. It’s an invesment worth your time!

  • Part of the value of Personal Power Up is the real time feedback and insights of the community and the coach. In order to keep the conversations valuable and to keep all information shared confidential, the sessions will be in a live, virtual format only. This format will also ensure accountability - get your money’s worth by actually showing up for yourself!

  • A unique benefit to a group coaching format is that the participants are in the driver’s seat. The tools and techniques discussed start broad, but then become tailored to the specific needs and challenges that participants bring up. With a maximum of only 14 participants, you can ensure that the intimate community setting will be sufficient to have your voice heard!

  • While we encourage active participation, you can still reap benefits of this program by observing! Glean insights from other participants’ stories and learn tools you can implement in the rest of your daily life to help master your stress. Videos cameras are optional for the Zumba portion of the program, so you can dance like no one is watching (because no one is)!

  • All sessions will be held via Zoom. You do not need a premium/purchased Zoom account to access the meeting. Sneakers and an open space are reccommended for the fitness portion of the program. Otherwise, the only thing you need to participate is an open, engaged mindset!

  • As long as you are smiling and sweating, you are doing Zumba correctly! The best part about this modality is that it is for ALL fitness levels. The moves are just a suggestion. Participants are encouraged to modify whatever feels right for their bodies. If you don't like the moves, you can make them up! The goal is to get stagnant energy flowing and decrease cortisol levels in the body. We don't just talk about reducing stress - we ACTIVELY reduce stress during our time together.

  • The only person that will receive your registration information via Google Form is the coach running the session. Other participants will see your name on Zoom and any other information you share will be kept within the group. These sessions will not be recorded or stored for future use, so live participation is crucial to value within the program.

  • Personal Power Up has BIG plans in the works for how to support you in the future, inclusive of new courses, laser coaching sessions, on demand Zumba classes, etc. Until those are rolled out, you are encouraged to continue to connect with your fellow pilot participants to keep accountability and momentum going. Additionally, Jaden Nogee offers 1:1 coaching support if you want to dig deeper into your individual challenges and goals.
